Elangeni Training Centre

Elangeni Institute is one of the thirteen (13) Institutes of the Public Service Commission under Conditions of Service Agency. The Institute is situated one and half (1.5) kilometers along the Bulawayo-Harare highway. The courses being run at Elangeni have evolved over the years as demand, technology, tastes and training personnel changed. The Institute offers human resource , accounts, secretarial and management courses, all aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge and attitudes of personnel at various levels of government in particular.

To ensure efficient and effective service delivery in public and private offices through focused training interventions consistent with national development policies and programmes.

Training Personnel

Training Personnel at Elangeni are highly qualified. They are University graduates with further professional training in various human resource development disciplines. As an Institute, we boast of a track record of unsurpassed service delivery.

Methodology

Much of the training is job related. Trainers employ participatory methods in all training activities. Further, training is also competence based & results oriented.

Target Population

The target population comprise of government employees, development agents and the general public in need of our courses and services.
